Mrs. IbukunOluwa Awosika is a graduate of Chemistry from University of Ife, Nigeria; an alumnae of the Chief Executive Programme of Lagos Business School; the Global Executive MBA of IESE Business School, Barcelona-Spain; and Global CEO Programme of Wharton, IESE and C.E.I.B.S Business Schools. She is the founder and CEO of The Chair Centre Group- The companies in the group include The Chair Centre Limited, Sokoa Chair Centre Limited, Furniture Manufacturers Mart Limited, and TCC Systems and Services Limited and are involved in furniture manufacturing, retail and bank-way security systems services. Ibukun serves on a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards amongst which are: First Bank of Nigeria Limited, Cadbury Nigeria Plc., Convention on Business Integrity (CBi), and the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority. She chairs the boards First Bank Nigeria Limited and Afterschool Graduate Development Centre (AGDC) – a facility which she promoted to help address youth employability and enterprise issues in Nigeria: She was Chairman, FBN Life Assurance Limited; FBN Capital Limited; and Kakawa Discount House Limited. With high interest in social issues including women, Ibukun is a co-founder and past chairperson of Women in Business, Management, and Public Service (WIMBIZ). An ordained Pastor and founder of the Christian Missionary Fund; Ibukun, through this faith-based organization works with hundreds of missionaries spread across Nigeria to change lives through provision of medical, educational, and other supplies. As a fellow of the African Leadership Initiative, Aspen Global Leadership Network, Institute of Directors, and Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, Ibukun, through her projects aspires to use her opportunities in life to further the greatness of her dear country by raising entrepreneurs to create jobs for the large unemployed youthful population. She is a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), served on National Job Creation Committee (NCJC), and sits on the International Advisory Board of IESE Business School, Barcelona-Spain. A multiple award-winning entrepreneur, and the First Nigerian recipient of the prestigious International Women Entrepreneurial Challenge Award (IWEC) as a nominee of the US Department of State in 2008. She loves to watch investigative and legal series in her leisure time. She is married to Abiodun Awosika and they are blessed with three wonderful sons.
Tunde Hassan-Odukale is an Executive Director of Leadway Assurance Company Limited. His executive management experience spans over 21 years and includes Asset Management, Finance, IT and Life Insurance Operations. Tunde is a graduate of the University of London and City University, London. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Pure Mathematics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Actuarial Science. He is a member of the Royal Society of Mathematics and the Institute of Actuaries. He has a strong bias for Information Technology and a keen disposition to evaluating proposals as well as forming IT strategy and direction which are beneficial to the boards of organizations he sits on. Tunde sits on the board of various blue-chip companies, some of which include Stanbic Bank Nigeria Limited, First Bank of Nigeria and Union Assurance Limited (a subsidiary of Union Bank of Nigeria). He also sits on the board of Total Health Trust Limited and other Leadway Assurance Subsidiaries. He is happily married with a child. He loves playing tennis, reading and seeing new places.
Lanre Onasanya is an Executive Director and the CEO of H.C. Bonum Limited, with over 25 years of work experience spanning Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Courier Services, Information Technology and Consulting. Prior to this role, Lanre was the CEO of Integral Assets Limited, a capabilities consulting organization for seven years, with clients in East and South Africa. Lanre started his career in the financial services industry and subsequently led sales teams in logistics/courier companies before his foray into the Information Technology sector as a Business Development Manager in Resourcery PLC, Nigeria. He was a key part of the pioneer team that set up Microsoft Nigeria before his transfer to the Regional Headquarters of Microsoft in South Africa. Lanre worked for over seven years at Microsoft where his last role was the Public Sector Lead for Eastern and Southern Africa covering 14 countries. The role surfaced from working on emerging markets in Africa where he was part of a team that ran a pilot on how to engage governments and build channels of partners in seven least developed countries. For 2 years, he served on the Presidential Round Table for Tanzania and Uganda with other key private sector partners to provide strategic input to the Information Technology policy and strategies of both countries. In his capacity as the CEO of H.C. Bonum Limited, Lanre oversees the Sales & Marketing functions of the organization and is responsible for Key Accounts Management, Business Development and Strategic Planning.
Mr. Olaniyi Idris is the Head of Corporate Finance & Advisory at Kedari Capital. He has a background in Banking & Finance with over 15 years work experience. He has had a stint in equity research, portfolio management, corporate finance, research, financial advisory and issuing house responsibilities on public and private issues. He commenced his career with Capital Bancorp Limited as an analyst, before he joined Santrust Securities Limited, where he rose to be Head of Investment Management. He is currently Head of Corporate Finance & Advisory in Kedari Capital Limited. Over the years, he has participated and led the execution of various deals ranging from Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Debt and Equity Capital Market transactions covering Power & Energy, Real Estate, Financial Services, and other sectors. He has experience in asset management, corporate finance, and financial advisory. He is an Alumnus of the West African Capital Market School. He is also an Associate Member of the Certified Pensions Institute of Nigeria.

Adedoyin Odunfa is the founder and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Digital Jewels Ltd. She is an IT professional with over 20 years in professional practise, focused on enhancing the strategic value of IT in organizations through value-adding interventions across the information value chain. She has led industry initiatives to strengthen and enhance IT Governance, Risk and Compliance processes, practices and skill sets to significantly impact business and institutional performance. Over the years, she has gained deep competencies in business management, strategic business/IT alignment, Information Security, Information Assurance, Risk Management, Project Management and e-business. Her previous experience encompasses Software Design and Development, Research and Consulting in ICT, Business Strategy, Project Management, Process Improvement, as well as extensive Capacity Building at organizations such as the Lagos Business School and Phillips Consulting, where she resigned as Executive Director in charge of the Information Systems and e-business Practice in 2008 to start up Digital Jewels. As an erudite speaker, trainer and GRC expert, Adedoyin has designed and facilitated numerous training programs, led a number of impactful research initiatives, presented at international conferences, seminars and moderated several panels. She is a recognized leader in the IT industry and has the following credentials to her name- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified COBIT 5 Implementer and Assessor. Adedoyin holds a B.sc (Combined Honors) in Computer Science and Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA (Information Technology & Management) from the City University Business School (now CASS Business School) in the UK. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Initiative for Global development (IGD), Institute of Directors (IOD), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC) 2 and an accredited consultant under the SFIA foundation (Skills Framework for the Information Age). Adedoyin sits on a number of Boards and in all her endeavors, brings to bear the wealth of her experience in the corporate world, classroom, war room and boardroom.
